He was born in England February 10, 1857, a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Davidson. He came to United States 47 years ago. His wife, Elizabeth Thornton Davidson died in 1901. He had resided in Bingham since 1897 and was employed for many years by
U.S.S.R. & M. Co. and Utah Copper company.
Survivors include two sons, William Davidson, Salt Lake City, and Jack Davidson and 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Burial was in Mt. Olivet cemetery; Pallbearers were William EIwood Robinson, Eugene Davidson, William Davidson, Charles Ray, George Ray and Marko Yengich.
