Christine Abplanalp, year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Abplanalp, residents of Liberty until two months ago, died last Sunday morning at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Hoyt, between Bloomingburg and Middletown in Orange County. The child was born a year ago today, on December 22, 1926, in Liberty. The parents survive, a grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Hoyt, two grandfathers, William Abplanalp and Benjamin Hoyt, two great-grandmothers, Mrs. Mary E. Hoyt and Mrs. Eliza Beasmer.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from the late home. Rev. A. B. Hotchkiss of Middletown conducted the service. Burial was at Bloomingburg.
