Roy Edward Allen, 19, died Nov. 29, 1969 of a self inflicted gunshot wound. The son of Velven & Avis Bull Allen, he was born Apr.23, 1950. He had been serving in the United States Air Force in Miss. He was a 1968 graduate of Cardinal High School. surviving are his parents; three brothers, Keith, Wayne, & Dale.; his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Rex Bull, and his step-grandmother LaRue Allen. Burial in Eldon Cemetery, Eldon, Iowa.
