Baptist Church. Mrs. Fields,
63, died Tuesday,
Aug. 2, 2016, at Greenwood
Leflore Hospital.
She is survived by her husband,
Earl Fields Jr. of Itta
Bena; two sons, Alfred Gary
and Cedric Cross, both of Itta
Bena; two daughters, Turetta
Gary of Itta Bena and
Michelle Common of Tchula;
four brothers, Ricky Gary of
Atlanta, Willie Gary of Greenwood,
O.B. Baker of Indiana
and Luke Taylor of Minnesota;
four sisters, Ruby Gary
and Ivy Granderson, both of
Itta Bena, and Catherine
Welch and Francis Hollins,
both of Greenwood; and eight
grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to
5:30 p.m. Friday at Byas
Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pitts
Memorial Garden.
