Theresa "Teri" Louise Williams-Bell, 56, of West Chester, PA passed on Thursday, August 4, 2016 after a lengthy illness. Born Jan. 30, 1960 in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Frances Williams. Her beloved husband, Edward Bernard Bell, with whom she shared nine years of marriage, also precedes her in death. Theresa was a graduate of Henderson High School, West Chester, PA, class of 1978. She served as a volunteer candy striper at Chester County Hospital during high school. She attended Hampton University for several years, transferring to West Chester University where she received her BS, class of 1984. She was Director for Chester County Head Start for twelve years. In 2002, she began working at Ingleside Senior Services, Wilmington, DE as Director of Senior Services for fourteen years, until she passed. Three aunts, Marjorie and Geraldine Styer, both of Coatesville, PA and Mary Fyles of Hartford, CT; a devoted godmother, Peggy Crutchfield of Malvern, PA; one sister-in-law, Harriett Hammond-Bell of Centreville MD and a host of relatives and friends, survive her. A service of remembrance will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016 at Milestone Events, LLC, 600 E. Market St., West Chester, PA. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
