Anthony M. Sansone, and his wife, the former Antonette Mercurio, welcomed an infant daughter 27 August 1894 in Keokuk, Iowa. They named their new baby girl Margaret Dolores Sansone.

Bruno Lanza and Margaret D. Sansone married 14 June 1919 in Brentwood, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. They had been on a trip to Chicago and did not break the happy news to family until their return. Reverend Father Sehlig presided at the ceremony.

The Lanza family were known as wholesale and retail produce sellers from early Quincy Illinois history. Bruno Lanza co owned Lanza Produce company. The business was located on Jersey street in Quincy Illinois, between Sixth and Seventh streets. The business ran successfully through 1957.

Margaret D. Lanza belonged to St. Peter's Catholic church, and to its Altar Society. Mrs. Lanza also was a member of St. Mary's hospital guild.

Mrs. Margaret Dolores Lanza passed away at St. Mary's hospital in Quincy Illinois, aged 69. Her husband Bruno Lanza predeceased her on 28 January 1962. Her brother Albert J. Sansone also preceded Mrs. Lanza in death.

Reverend Joseph O'Brien led the funeral services held at St. Peter's Catholic church in Quincy Illinois. Reverend Landry Genoski was in the sanctuary. Interment took place at Calvary cemetery in Quincy Illinois.
