Steve and his family moved to Colorado in 1952, where he was raised with his three siblings. He took over his father’s plumbing supply wholesale business, from where he retired.
Steve served in the U.S. Army from 1969-72. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Steve was an avid golfer and a life time Denver Broncos fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren.
Steve is survived by his wife, Diana, who he was married to for 42 years; daughter, Tiffany (Peter) Ollestad; son, Travis (Holly) Beck; mother, Martha; sister, Sandra Casias; brother, Gregory Beck; grandchildren, Devon Eugene Beck, Makaylee Aranda Beck and Noa Ollestad; two sisters-in-law, one niece and three nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Beck and brother, Ronald Beck.
A Liturgical service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens.
