Lois E Mcneely Kelly, 80, of Jacksonville died at 9:59 p.m. Monday at Passavant Area Hospital.
Services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Williamson Funeral Home, Jacksonville. Remains will then be removed to Shoup-Carvey-Frost Funeral Home, Howe, Ind. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. James Chapel at Howe Military School. Burial will be in Howe Military School Grounds in Howe, Ind.
Surviving are two sisters, Jeanne Scropos and Viola Snyder; and one brother, Jack McNeely, all of Lynnville; 12 nieces and nephews.
