Dayton Ephriam Healey, 82, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 1997.

Dayton was born April 28, 1915 to Fred Smith Healey and Emeline Gertrude Nash Healey in Alpine, Utah. Later met and married Margaret Catherine Peterson on November 19, 1937. She preceded him in death on August 25, 1979. He later married Levenia "Beanie" Stahle, November 13, 1979. Dayton retired from Kennecott Copper after 42 years of service. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.Survived by his wife; son, Lynn (Jean) Healey; daughter, Carolyn (Tim) Noyce; stepdaughters, Sherry (Bud) Chapman, Nancy (Lloyd) Sandstrom, Terry (Larry) Hess; stepson, Craig L. (Liz) Stahle; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Boyd Nash Healey; sisters, Rita Molneux, Rae Colt. Preceded in death by a granddaughter, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 1997 at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive. Friends may call on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 12:45 - 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
