He was born in South Hero, V.t., April 27 1940, son of the late Fred Howard Terry, and Angelne (Dufault) Terry.
He was married March 29 1959 in Middleville, N.Y., to the former Barbara Louise Bouck. The couple moved first to Burlington, V.T., and then to Milton. H was a certified welder with Cote Contractors of Williston for eight years and previously worked for Beck Bullucci Contractors as a general laborer, later being certified as a welder. He liked working with metal and would help neighboring farmers with many needed repairs.
He leaves his wife Barbara (Bouck)of Milton; five sons and daughters-in-law Wayne and Diane Terry, Timothy and Penny Terry, James and Robin west, Seven and Laura Terry, Jeffery and Jackie Terry, grandchildren. six brothers, Francis, Carl, Robert, Donald, Albert, Rodney Terry, four sisters, Jona Sutton, Nancy Kingsbury, Sandra Terry, Betty Bovin.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m., in the United Church of Milton with Rev. Charles Haynes officiating. Interment will follow in Milton Village Cemetery.
