MRS. W. RICHARD KEENE

Police officers said attempts to revive Mrs. Keene the wife of W. Richard Keene were unsuccessful. They were called to the scene by the couple's 16-year-old son, Stuart Keene, who told police he had found his mother unconscious behind the wheel of a motor car in the carbon monoxide-filled garage.

Prairie Village police listed the death as accidental.

Mrs. Keene was a graduate of the University of Kansas and a member of Delta Gamma sorority. She also was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Mothers club and the Homestead Country club.
