Services have been announced for the two men who were killed instantly in a two car collision early Wednesday morning on Ind. 3 about 900 feet south of Cherry St., near Southmound Cemetery.
Services for John Barnes, 64, of RR 1, Spiceland, will be conducted Friday at 2 pm in the Four Square Church on N. Main St., with burial following in Southmound Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mae Barnes; a daughter, Mrs. Francis McCully; four sons, John, Mays, Henry and Phillip; also two sisters residing in Kansas.
Barnes had been employed for 33 years by Ingersoll Steel Division of Borg-Warner and was enroute to work when the accident occurred. He was a member of the Four Square Church.
