Born August 12, 1957 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Robert C. and Frances M. (Bowman) Shepherd.
Vicki attended Hope Haven where she worked and took classes. While at Hope Haven she participated in Special Olympics.
Vicki enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling the country with her parents. She played the harmonica in her youth and loved listening to music. She enjoyed watching car racing with her dad. Vicki loved the family pets, especially her dog Pepper. She was known as a bit of a prankster, so you had to watch your back.
Vicki loved and was loved deeply by her family and friends. She will be terribly missed. Since the passing of her parents, she has lived with her sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Jerry Fenton Sr. in Burlington.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Robert Shepherd and Dr. Donald Shepherd.
