Loyce F. Omer, 84, of Evansville, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born March 10, 1932, in Evansville, IN to the late William P. and Valeria I. (Meadows) Utley.
She previously worked as a realtor for various local real estate agencies. She was a member of the Eastern Star and attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
Loyce was preceded in death by her sisters, Wilma Buckman, Margie Davis, Charlotte Williams and Joyce Utley; and brother, William Utley.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, daughter,IN; grandchildren, great-grandchildren,and numerous nieces and nephews.
