Ardmore — Services for Terri Linda Jackson, 67, of Ardmore are scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, July 29, 2016, at Hillcrest Memorial Park at Ardmore with Bro Roy Fountain officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.
Terri Linda Jackson was born May 20, 1949, at Ardmore to the late J.C. Ellis and Vada Mae “Mickey” (Johnson) Ellis. She departed this life on Sunday, July 24, 2016, at her home in Ardmore.
Terri was raised in Ardmore, attending school there. Terri later worked as the Club Manager for Michaels of Ardmore also waiting tables at Ponders Restaurant. Terri married Mr. Dean Jackson on June 21, 1991, at Springer. Together they drove as team truck drivers for seven years across the United States for Swift Trucking Company. They also enjoyed riding Harley’s together. Dean preceded her in death three years ago to the day on July 24, 2013.
Terri enjoyed her grandbabies, yard sales, playing cards, spending time with her sister at the lake and she loved John Wayne.
Also preceding her in death are her parents J.C. and Vada Mae “Mickey” Ellis.
Survivors include her children, Cory Lee, Kim Lee, and Jaycen Lee and wife, Melissa, all of Ardmore, Chance Scott and wife, Shari, of Newcastle, and Brian Lee and wife, Katie, of Anadarko; sister, Beverly Labruzzo and husband, Joe, of Houston, Texas; sister by choice, Julie Jackson of Ardmore; 10 grandchildren, two nieces, and one nephew, numerous other family and friends.
