Kathleen Lowery Thrasher, 78, of Bloomington, died Friday at her residence.
Born July 11, 1919, in Clay City, she was the daughter of William Newton and Ottie Urvilla (Burch) Lowery. She was a homemaker, and a member of Clear Creek Christian Church, as well as the Women of the Moose and Order of Eastern Star, both in Indianapolis.
Survivors include two sons, Mike Thrasher and Chuck Thrasher, both of Bloomington; one sister, Velma Stolz of Carmel; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Roger Thrasher, in 1997; two sisters, Maudeline Pennington and Lucille Greene; and five brothers, Leet Lowery, Culver Lowery, Dennis Lowery, Austin Lowery and Devere Lowery.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene and Harrell Chapel, with Pastor Dan Cloud officiating. Burial will be at Clear Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Monday, and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.
