William "Bill" Herbert Wolff was born on September 18, 1946 to Theressa LaNell Wolff and William Hildas Wolff in San Antonio, Texas. He entered the Navy February 9, 1967 for four years active duty and two years reserves. He owned Wolff Delivery Service 1974 - 1989 and Wolffs Floral Designs from 1989 to the present time.
Bill is survived by his Wife Elaine, two Sisters Billie Becker and Marie Rivas, Son Brian Bright, Daughter Melody Brown, Granddaughters Sophie Bright and Hailey Brown, Grandsons Kyle Brown and Ashton Brown.
Bill lived a full and happy life. Since the year 2000 he dealt with a variety of severe illnesses, but stayed positive every day. His strong faith in Jesus Christ carried him through each day. Bill passed away Friday morning July 22, 2016, in his home, the way he would have wanted it to be. He is now free of his body's limitations. He is in Heaven with his parents whom have gone before him.
Visitation will be held in Beck Funeral Home, Round Rock, Tx. Funeral Services will follow the visitation. Interment will follow at Capital Memorial Parks, Pflugerville, Texas.
