MARIETTA -- Humbert Vester Crabb, 81, died Sunday at the Magnolia Hospital in Corinth after an extended illness. He was a retired steamfitter for TVA and a Methodist.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at McMillan Funeral Home with the Rev. Donny Riley and the Rev. George Crowden officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Nebo Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Shellie Rue Crabb of Marietta; three daughters, June McGill of Booneville, and Carol McVay and Tammie Crabb, both of Marietta; one son, Terry Crabb of Oxford; two sisters, Audrey Trentham of Booneville and Earl Shackelford of Baldwyn; one brother, R.L. Crabb of Rienzi; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
