Per the family’s request there will be no public visitation. Mrs. Holley died on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at her residence.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Michelle Kidd of Birmingham; one sister-in-law, Mary Jo Cobb of Saks; one niece, Debbie (Dennis) Vaughn of Saks; two great nephews, Adam and Clint Vaughn; one great-great niece, Emma Vaughn; and her wonderful and very special caregivers, the entire McQurter family.
Mrs. Holley was of the Baptist faith. She was a resident of Calhoun County her entire life and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Cobb and Audrey Tallent Cobb; her husband, Edward Holley; her son, Robert Holley; one brother, Marvin Cobb; and one sister, Sarah Cobb.
