Evelyn Moon (Nan), 96, of Plant City, Florida, born in Chipley, entered into eternal rest on July 15, 2016. Her family was her passion, and she enjoyed canning, fishing, and reading. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Moon; and daughter, Frances Smith. She is survived by her grandson, Robby Smith II (Brena) of Plant City; grandchildren, Daylon, Hunter, and Ryan; and son-in-law, Robert Smith, Sr. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 20 at 11:00 A.M. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 CR 39 S, Plant City, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 A.M.
