Born October 3, 1929 in Summers County she was a daughter of the late Abraham and Goldie Breen Bennett.
Mary attended Upland Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Summers County. She enjoyed fishing, flowers and gardening, camping and spending time with family and friends. “A mother’s love is everlasting.”
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin M. Bragg; six infant children; one daughter, Marie Tincher; one grandson, Ronnie Lee Ward; one great grandson, DreLynne Martin; four brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 15, 2016 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastors Melvin and Eddie Wills officiating. Burial will follow in the Bragg Cemetery at Tug Creek. Friends may call from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral parlors.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Great grandchildren will serve as flower bearers.
