RYAN A. DAVIS, 38, of Pullman, WA died Jan. 10, 2016 at Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane, following a long, courageous battle with cancer. His family and friends were at his side.

Ryan was born March 10, 1977 in Sunnyside, WA to Gerald & Barbara (Holloway) Davis. He grew up in Bickleton, WA, a small rural farming community in South Central Washington. He graduated from Bickleton High School in 1995. Ryan came to Pullman to attend Washington State University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Science as well as a Masters in Plant Pathology.

Ryan married the love of his life Harmony Love on June 20, 1998 in Toledo, WA and together they made Pullman their home. Following graduation Ryan worked for WSU before beginning his career with Wilbur-Ellis as the Northwest Regional Technology Specialist.

Ryan had an entrepreneurial spirit and owned and operated several businesses. Ryan was a devoted husband and father who always put his family first. He loved his Pullman community and the Palouse region. Ryan was a devoted Coug and enjoyed attending Cougar sporting events. He was active in the community, serving as the pig leader for the Albion 4-H program, a Sunday school teacher, active with Resonate Church in Pullman and a willing volunteer in any circumstance.

Ryan always put others before himself, and had a special place in his heart for the homeless and those in need. He is survived by his wife Harmony and his three beloved children, Ethan (15), Laura (12) & Jillian (9) his parents Gerald & Barbara Davis of Bickleton, WA and his brother Aaron Davis of Pullman. Ryan was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A memorial service celebrating Ryan’s life will be held at the SEL Events Center in Pullman on Friday, Jan. 15, 2016 at 4PM. Kimball Funeral Home of Pullman, WA is caring for the family.
