She is preceded in death by her husband William Leonard Clark and her parents, Robert R. and Emma Lee Evans.
She is survived by her sister, Frances Ann Evans Davis (Earl). She leaves behind her son, William Leonard Clark, Jr. married to Jennifer Clark and her daughter Beth Ann Clark King married to Donald King Jr., her grandchildren, William Leonard Clark, III, Morgan Catherine Clark, Ashleigh Laura Clark, Kimberly Dagnan, Katlyn Minnie King and Donald King III, as well as great-grandchildren: Aubrey Clark, Alysa, Gavin, and Charlie Hedrick.
Bettie grew up in ACIPCO, attended ACIPCO Eagan Grammer School and graduated from Phillips High School in Birmingham, AL in 1957.
She retired as a paralegal and worked at various law firms over her career.
Bettie loved the ladies of Precious Memories group and was an active member in Eagan School Group.
She loved the lord, her family and her church family at Gardendale- Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday evening, July 13, 2016 at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel from 5 until 8 PM.
Chapel funeral services will be Thursday beginning at 10 AM and followed with interment in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
