Leonard Elgin Mustard Leonard Elgin Mustard, 68 of Indian Ridge Drive, Piketon, Ohio, died Friday October 7, 2011 at his home. He was born August 7, 1944 in Piketon, son of the late Homer Earl Mustard and Dorothy Mae Parks Mustard Sheets. On May 28, 2003, Elgin was united in marriage to Kathryn Lauderback Mustard, who preceded him in death on June 23, 2006. Surviving is a daughter, Tammy Avery and husband Todd of Fountain Colorado and a sister, Betty Ellen Dowanrd and husband Carl of Wakefield, Ohio. Elgin was retired from the U.S. Army. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday October 13, 2011 at the Goff Cemetery with Paul F. Hornback officiating. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Merritt Post 142, Waverly, Ohio. Arrangements are under the direction of the Howe Wheeler Boyer Hornback Funeral Home in Piketon. www.boyerfuneral.com
