Glenda Kay Howard, 79, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at home surrounded by her family. Glenda was born in Oklahoma, and lived in Bay county for the last 22 years. She was retired from her career in Civil Service, and enjoyed reading and discussing politics. Glenda was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Trinity United Methodist Church, and had served as a guardian ad litem.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Joe Howard of Panama City; her children, Lisa Fife of Panama City and Michael Fife (Elaine) of Winter Park; her grandchildren, Joe Fife, Josh Fife, Jesse Fife, Alayna Fife and Aaron Fife-Hansen.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, July 11, 2016, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Tillery officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 PM.
