Mrs. Cora M. Gilman, 92, of 10 Prospect St., Lakeport, died this morning at the Golden View Health Care Center in Meredith after a long illness.
She was born on July 14, 1885 in Albany, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bickford*. She had resided in the Lakes Region for the past 40 years.
Survivors include one son, Warren S. Gilman of Tilton; two daughters, Mrs. Helen R. Greenlaw of Lakeport and Mrs. Dorothy Weeks of Belmont; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 15 Whipple Ave., Wednesday morning at 11:00. Rev. Leigh Stephenson, pastor of the Belmont Baptist Church which Mrs. Gilman attended, will officiate.
Burial will be in the family lot in South Road Cemetery in Belmont.
* Cora was the daughter of George Henry Bickford and Inzie A. Ranger. Frank G. Bickford was her older brother.
