Helen R. (Gilman) Greenlaw, 89, registered nurse and artist, died Dec. 4.
A graduate of the Laconia Hospital School of Nursing, she was a long-time resident of Lakeport. In 1955, she and her husband, Hy, opened Greenlaw's Music. "She loved dealing with customers over the years, not retiring until she was 77." A long-time member of the Laconia Art Association, she was a volunteer for Red Cross Blood Drives and scoutmaster for Troop 143.
