She was a native of Wisconsin and moved to Panama City in 1956.
She and her husband managed the Kiddie City Toy Store in Panama Plaza until their retirement.
Mrs. Borrer was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She was active in visiting the sick and was rewarded ten fold with care and compassion by her fellow parishioners during her confinement.
Mrs. Borrer was preceded in death by her husband, Donn; her parents; three brothers; one sister; and two brothers-in-law.
She is survived by a sister and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Interment Oakland Cemetery.
