Doug Blair, age 70, of Palatine, IL, formerly of Decorah, IA, died at his home, in his sleep on Monday, July 4, 2016.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 16, 2016, at the Washington Prairie Lutheran Church, 1725 Washington Prairie Road, Decorah, IA, with Rev. Stu Rammes presiding. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call after 10:00 a.m., at the church on Saturday morning.
Doug is survived by his two daughters: Jennifer Blair, Plano, TX, and Katie (Mike) McConnell, Palatine, IL.
