Faye Sanders Neal, daughter of the late Earnest Sanders and Lona Hively Sanders, was born November 6, 1934 in Dolph, Arkansas. She departed this life July 4, 2016 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 81 years, 7 months and 28 days.

She was united in marriage to Vernon Neal May 10, 1952 in Pineville, Arkansas and to this union three children were born. She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker and friend. During her working years, she was a care giver, working as a CNA with home health and the nursing home. She was of the Cumberland Presbyterian faith and a member of Trimble Campground.

She is survived by three children: Mike Neal and wife Kathy of Batesville, Steve Neal of Dolph and Margie Foster and husband Ed of Elizabeth; one brother: Todd Sanders of Dolph; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many good friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers: Joe Mack Sanders and Jimmy Sanders and one grandson: Chad Neal.

Funeral service will be Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Calico Rock Funeral Chapel with Wayne Wood and Beth Kratochvil officiating. Burial will be at Dolph Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 6 from 6-8 p.m.

Pallbearers: Shane Vredenburg, Randy Avey, Ed Foster, Rick Qualls, Johnny Clatyon and Steve Neal.
