Joseph Herzog, of 810 Maple Ave., died at the Emergency Hospital at 3 p.m.. Tuesday.
He was born in Freeburg, March 21, 1879. He married Lucy Schnipper of St. Louis in 1904.
He is survived by his wife and three children: Wilbert, Vernon and Nadine. He leaves nine borthers: Charles, Gregor, George, Walter, Theodore, Ben, John, Nick and Edward; also five sisters: Miss Katie Herzog of Freeburg; Miss Gertrude Herzog, Mrs. Ed. Frick, Mrs. Emily Baden and Mrs. Lizzie Koenig.
He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, W.C.U. and the Molders' Union.
The funeral will be at 9 o'clock Friday morning to the Freeburg Cemetery.
