B. Louise Fraley, 82, was called to her eternal home in Heaven on June 29, 2016. The pain and struggles have ended for this most gentle, loving, strong, caring and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Louise passed away in her home surrounded by loving family.

Her gentle spirit will be missed by her family and all who knew her. She was born September 27, 1933 in Gallia County, daughter of the late Claude and Georgia Miller Woodie.

Louise is survived by her loving husband, James A. Fraley. They shared 64 years of marriage, raised their family, together they faced all that life gave them, worked side-by-side every day in their many ventures, the most recent being Jim’s Farm Equipment and King Kutter.

She is also survived by her children, Deborah G. Fraley of Gallipolis, Jeffrey (Tonya) Fraley of Oak Hill, and Phillip Fraley of Winfield, Alabama; 8 grandchildren, Candice (Randar) Lutz, J.R. (Stacey) Fraley, Trace (Megan) Fraley, Margo (Tyler) Bullion, Laura (Justin) Myers, Stefanie (Josh) Perry, Rebekah (Andrew) Holcomb, and Brandon (Cassie) Harrison; 13 great grandchildren, Carmen, Marcus, Able, Cheyenne, Ava, Jayden, Madison, Thiesen, Tristan, Marleigh, Caroline, Haley, Finley; 2 brothers, Don Woodie and Allen Woodie;
and a sister, Mary Smith.

In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruby Dianne Fraley and 2 grandsons, Timothy and Lauren Scites.

Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 3, 2016 at the Willis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
