Services for Alexander C. Carey, 87, of 29 W. McClellan, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. Burial will follow in Plattsburg, Mo. Mr. Carey, who died Monday in the Capri Nursing Home, was a native of Perin, Mo., who came to Phoenix from Platte City, Mo. He was a retired farmer and was a member of the First Christian Church, 6750 N. Seventh Ave. Survivors include his wife, Laura D. Carey of Phoenix, and three sisters and one brother out of state. The family suggests a memorial to the First Christian Church.
