Alice was the daughter of Sarah Hill 1798 - 1869 and Peter Johnson 1802-1880. Alice (Ellis) Percey Johnson was married to Edward Green. Their marriage took place 01 July 1855. She was aged 50 years, 7 months, at the time of her death. Named on her stone is her brother, William Johnson, who died 5 Aug 1882 aged 42 years. Edward Green is buried in Victoria Cemetery, Drayton, with his son George Green 1865-1933 daughter in law Annie Pearce 1865 -1959 their son Roy P. Green 1890-1904,and daughter Eva Grace Green 1892-1989.

You will note a serious discrepancy on Alice Green's link to her mother. Her mother was, in fact, buried in Glen Buell Cemetery Leeds County in 1869 but due to an error by the person who transcribed the stone at the time, which of course was difficult to decipher, instead of transcribing Sarah, wife of Peter Johnson, it was transcribed as Peter Johnson. Peter Johnson 1802-1880, died and was buried in Harriston Ontario, according to Johnson oral history.
