Services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 23, at Walker Funeral Service.
She was born Aug. 23, 1977, in Del Rio, Texas, to Gary Lee Scoggins and Mary Ellen Conway Scoggins of Colorado Springs.
She attended Wheat Ridge High School in Wheat Ridge, California.
She was a homemaker and a Walmart Department Manager with 17 years of service.
She was married May 5, 2012.
She was the daughter of a retired USAF major and the sister of USAF airmen.
She volunteered at the Humane Society and was the first female recipient of the Architect of the Year Award, Kadena High School.
She was a loving wife, beloved daughter, devoted sister, proud aunt, precious granddaughter, and loving mother of five cherished dogs. She was also a dear friend and loved online gamer. She was a generous advocate of any person or animal in need. Kelly gave her gift of joy to everyone she met. Her laugh would ring out and her happiness was infectious.
