Deloris Jean Powers, 70, went to be with the Heavenly Father on May 13, 2015. She leaves behind her devoted husband, the Reverend Harold R. Powers; sister, Norma Taylor; son, Brian Henley (Alys); daughter Laura Povedano (Tom); stepsons, Mark (Valerie) and Wayne (Sharon); seven grandchildren; one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Powers also leaves behind her beloved church family from Maple Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she was lovingly known as “Moma Jean” and “Sister Powers.” The family would like to express a very felt thank you to the community for their love and support during this difficult time.
