Dorothy "Dot" Fuller Franks Mathis, 77, of Milledgeville, died Nov. 7. She was the daughter of the late Ivey Lee Fuller and Mackie Lou Watson Fuller, and a lifelong resident of Baldwin County. She was retired as an LPN at Central State Hospital and was a member of Hardwick Baptist Church. Preceding her in death were husbands Floyd Franks and John Mathis, a son, Randy Franks, and a granddaughter, Lisa Franks Blevins. Survivors include a son, Phil Franks of Dallas, Texas; sister, Lillian Ward of Milledgeville; granddaughter, Amanda Franks of Athens; great-granddaughter, Caitlyn Blevins of Kennesaw; and a nephew, Don Mathis of Milledgeville.
