Mr. Ruth is survived by his two daughters Dalisa "Dee" Ludwig (Scott) and Kimberly Treat (Jose Quinones). He was truly blessed by his grandchildren; Krystal, Alexander, Tanner, Cameron and Sebastian. He has one surviving brother Frank Ruth. In addition, Larry is survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who loved him like a father.
A resident of Manteca / Lathrop for over 40 years Larry was a 28 year employee of Sharps Army Depot; retiring after 28 years of service. Before employment at Sharps, Larry proudly served his country through the United States Army. Larry was always a giver of himself and his time. He was a proud 15 gallon blood donor to the Delta Blood Bank. He enjoyed camping, traveling, dancing and playing hand held electronic games. Larry was the true definition of a 49er faithful as he was always decked out in his lucky 49er attire during every football game. Larry will be remembered as a loving father, a wonderful grandfather and a devoted friend to many. He will be missed.
