Victoria was the daughter of Frederick & Emma Houghton Green. She was orphaned in 1904 and adopted by William and Emma Rothrock Conrad. Her brother was Harry Wilbur Green and her sister was Ola Mae Green Marchberry Eckart. Victoria was the wife of Arch Askren who died after only 3 months of marriage, she was the widow of Ayers and Kenneth Harper.
