Staller, Allen J., 75, of Tampa died Thursday at Tampa General Hospital. A native of Auburn, Pa., he moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1970 from Maryland. He was a retired master sergeant in the Army and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a Protestant. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; one son, Jack V. of Tampa; one sister, Theresa Tobias of Schuylkill Haven, Pa.; and two grandchildren.
