This is my beautiful Mother, she was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico February 3, 1924. At the age of 3, she came to the United States. She made Texas her home. She was so proud when she got her U.S. Citizenship. She married Henry G. Rodriguez. To this union, they had 6 boys & 1 girl (me, Diana). They divorced in 1963. She remarried in 1967 to John D. Valdez.
She was a hard worker and did the best she could to raise her children. She worked many years for Lamons Metal Gasket. She had 2 sons, Hugo and Henry, Jr. to precede her in death.
She leaves to mourn, 4 sons, 1 daughter, 18 grandchildren, as well as 3 sisters, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Thank You Renee (~In memory of my mom and baby~ *palm tree piglet*), for sponsoring my Mom. You are a Blessing and a great friend. May our Moms watch over us and greet us at the Heavenly Gate.

"MOM, THANK YOU FOR NOT ONLY BEING MY MOTHER, BUT MY BEST FRIEND. YOU DID SO MUCH FOR ME AND NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING IN RETURN. UNTIL WE SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN, I LOVE YOU".
