Edward Lamb, an employee of the department of public works for many years, died yesterday afternoon at home, 1619 Luzerne st, after a long illness. Mr Lamb was a communicant of St Patrick's church and active in the Men's societies of the parish. Survived by three daughters, Mrs Joseph Walsh, Mrs Mary (sic) O'Donnell and Miss Mary Lamb; a son, Edward; and four (sic) sisters: Sister Sabina, Order of St Joseph, Rochester NY; Mrs EL Dacey and Mrs John Hester. Funeral Monday, St Patrick's church, Cathedral cemetery. ~Scranton (PA) Republican, Fri 21 Mar 1930
