Announcement is made of the death of Mrs Catherine Lamb, relict of the late Richard Lamb, which took place in Griegsville NY on Sunday last. It is but a short time since Mrs Lamb removed from this place. ~Scranton (PA) Republican, Wed 13 Jan 1892.
Her body was brought back to Scranton for burial, most likely in Cathedral cemetery. Memorial being created now to tie together the memorials of her children.
It appears Catherine Lamb married first Timothy Reilly and then Richard Lamb, making her complete name, if true, Catherine Lamb Reilly Lamb, though perhaps her various children referred to her as Catherine Lamb because of her second husband and her maiden name is unknown.
