Born December 25, 1920 in Salt Lake City to Thomas and Edna Pearl Hilton Couch. Married Helen Faddis. Veteran of World War II Signal Corp.
Survived by wife, Helen; sister, Bernice Culley, both of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by his son, Stephen.
Graveside services, 2:30 p.m Thursday, Jan. 30, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 1342 East 500 South. Funeral directors, Evans & Early. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Intermountain Unit of Shriners Hospital.
