Mr. Lamb was a son of the late James Longshore and Mary Ella Eady Lamb.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel Phillips Lamb; son, James Thomas Lamb, Nashville; daughter, Mrs. James (Evelyn) Winters, Arrington; two stepsons, Paul Jett & Howard Jett both of Thompson Station; a step-daughter, Mrs. George Haynes, Eagleville; three brothers, Hughes Lamb, Eagleville; John Lamb and Jesse Lamb, both of Holtland Community; four grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Note: His 1st wife, Pauline Chick married 2nd to Kenneth Rawls
