Funeral services for Ivan William May, 56 of Watonga were conducted Thursday, October 11, at the Presbyterian Church with Dr. A. E. Wardner, pastor officiating. Burial arrangements was under the direction of Speece Funeral Home. The longtime county resident died here October 9. He was employed in Watonga for several years after moving here from a nearby farm. He is survived by his wife, four children, two brothers of Hitchcock, a sister of Washington and three grandchildren. His children are Mrs. Herman Mach, Watonga; Orin with the armed forces for two year and now in Germany; Mrs. Clarence Watson, Osage; and Bonnie June of Watonga. Another child, a daughter died in infancy. May was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lynn May. He was born in Atlanta, Kansas and came with his parents to Oklahoma at an early age.
