Hannah's birth date is from the Reed family Bible. She was the twin of Abigail "Abby" Reed. Her death date is unknown. It was probably between 1860 when she is on the census in Davidson, NC, and 1870 for which year no census has been found for her. It's highly probable that she is buried at Reeds Baptist Church Cemetery. In 1795 her father, George Reed, gave land and a meeting house so that a minister from Jersey Settlement Baptist Church could came and hold services on a regular basis. In 1840 Reeds became a church in its own right. One of the founders was Hannah Reed Grubb. Her father and her husband, Henry Grubb, are both buried in Reeds Baptist Church Cemetery. There is a plot between their gravestones. It's possible this is where Hannah lies.
