Terry R. "TJ" Poole Jr, 39, of Chillicothe, died 3:45 pm, Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Ohio State University Medical Center, following a brief illness.

He was born January 6, 1977 in Chillicothe, OH. Survivors include his parents Terry Poole and Bessie M. (Dennis) Wedebrook Ray; two sisters, Chillicothe; his paternal grandfather and maternal grandmother; a nephew; a niece; two aunts; three uncles; several cousins including special cousins, Kelly and Alyssa; and numerous friends, including special friends Tim, Nate, Stuart, Ryan and Todd. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Bonnie Poole; his maternal grandfather, John Wedebrook; and a cousin, Brandon Letsche.

TJ was a Chillicothe High School graduate. He enjoyed coaching Babe Ruth Baseball, playing golf and the Cleveland Browns. He was a lot of fun, and never met a stranger.

The family will receive friends 2-4 pm Saturday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Graveside services in Grandview Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
