Elizabeth Ann St. John Barry, 56, of Worcester, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on April 24, 2016.

She is survived by her loving husband, James E. Barry; two daughters, Tiffany Adiel Spring of Springfield, MA, and Tracy Chazotte and her husband James of London; her mother, Betty Jean (Miller) St. John of Milford, PA; her father, Clarence R. St. John, Sr. of LaPlata, MD; two brothers, Roderick D. St. John of Georgia, and Clarence R. St. John, Jr. of Pennsylvania; a sister, Rhonda D. Glaze of LaPlata, MD; a granddaughter, Sophia Chazotte; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Margaret K. St. John and by her step-mother, Inez St. John. She was born in Queens, New York, and lived there many years, before moving to Worcester. She graduated from Quinsigamond Community College and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society; and later graduated from Worcester State University.

Elizabeth worked privately as an accountant throughout the city. She had been a member of All Saints Church, the Democratic City Committee, and believed in being an activist for people rites.

Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
