"ANTON J. BARTH
Anton J. Barth, 73, of 1918 W. Tillman street, died at 8:30 a.m. Saturday after three weeks illness. He was born June 5, 186, in the town of Maine. He lived for the last 36 years in Appleton, where he was a sewer contractor. He retired seven years ago.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Brettschneider Funeral home with the Rev. L.R. Buckman of Wesleyan Methodist church in charge. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Highland Memorial park.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Chester Lau, Menasha, and Mrs. George Rosenthal, Appleton; six sons, Earl, Elmer, Clifford and Armin Barth and Robert Clark, all of Appleton, and Kenneth Barth, Little Chute; one sister, Mrs. Frank Schout, Chisago, Minn; 27 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren."
